The miracle 5 minute meditation plan
This meditation plan is tested upon and highly recommended as it increases flow of oxygen in the muscles and blood hence providing a feeling of relaxation .stress free and clam mind this 5 minute plan can be executed anytime anywhere and at any time of day ,so here we go
1st minute
Relax on a chair in a comfortable position
Take deep breath through nose , being stable and relieve the body weight
Count four while inhaling and count four while exhaling
Repeat this for a minute
2nd minute
Continue sitting in the previous position and now
Focus your eyes on the tip of your nose, concentrate on your breath, take deep breath inhale and exhale
Experience happiness as you are with yourself only without any distraction. Try to experience
3rd minute
Follow the previous positions and now continue for a minute on following
Try to concentrate o n the feeling of touch , gently touch your body parts sparingly and try to absorb the feeling
Now try to listen minute sounds , concentrate on these external small sounds , whispering sound of air conditioner fan coil , of wind of fan or something like this improving your hearing capability
Now try to concentrate on the smelling capability ,try to identify smells around you.
4th minute
Now try to concentrate on the feelings running through your mind , no problem whatever you are feeling of work , office , home , love ,life ,finances , let these thoughts come do not suppress them. Just thoughtfully see are they right or wrong. judge these thoughts and keep the positive within you and discard all negatives.
5th minute
Out of all these thoughts , whichever you feel is most positive and appealing to you , concentrate on it , try to go for a positive thought and repeat it , it wil give you feeling of contentment and wholesomeness
Suppose , you are thinking of a family time , try imagining family faces , smiles and other related things ..Just go with those feelings and smile , this will fill you with immense energy and fulfillment
MEDITATION IS WHOLESOME EXPERIENCE , it need to be cultured in the body , when ever you are meditating try to gather the positive energy within and this positive energy will transform you and things around you. Meditation helps building positive aura around you , you may start experiencing the positiveness of this aura by seeing the change in behavior of the people and circumstances around you in your daily routine. you will definitly feel more positive , happy and contended.
