ENHANCING THE IMMUNITY FROM POWERS WITHIN
Immunity is the global trending terminology now a days , off course with the scenario of COVID pandemic , the person with strongest immunity is the fittest one. Yes immunity is to do with physical state of the human being and understanding it with scientific definition as below
“The ability of a organism to resist a particular infection or toxins by the action of certain specific antibodies present within the organism “means in simple words when our body is strong enough to resist the effects of the virus on us. Now we all have been searching over the internet about how to regain or strengthen our immunity powers so we can withstand the ill effects of the ongoing virus threat.
NOW how I put this into my opinion is , immunity is external sourcing or boosting the power to resist the external bacteria’s or virus through eating immunity booster foods or supplements or strengthening the physical immunity through long proven techniques of positivity and recharging the body cells to specific functions. I know this may be challenged medically, but to my experience I am certain a level of immunity can be achieved through potential positivity in our daily livings and the way we think and react to the situations around us. Though this takes a bit time but this is forever. Practice this for a week and follow it in your regime, a week towards this will give you enough internal strength.
Positivity is optimism..by now we have enough saying through the ages by various ancient texts , sages , neuroscientists , researchers and psychologists have agreed to the espousing benefits of optimism or positive thinking to human biological structure.
Positivity is thinking in the positive manner, every transaction have two sides of it , the optimistic think towards it , that’s the difference . you can say how many lives were lost in the battle against ongoing pandemic or you can be positive to think HOW MANY LIVES RECOVERED FROM COVID infection through this pandemic. It’s the way we think
Here are my GOLDEN RULES to keep me positive in my routines and have changed the way I think.
GUIDE YOUR INTERNAL ENERGIES
Buddha, have always been preaching in his sayings, how we think creates an energy in our lives and those energies ultimately manifest the realities around us. We think positive and the realities will be positive around us.
Accordance to quantum physics , our thoughts have frequencies and unique vibrations to attract similar frequencies around us , our positive thoughts attract positive realities and so does negative thoughts attract negative realities around us. This similarly applies to group thinking or collective efforts , when we collectively thinks positive there are a lot of collective positive frequencies attracting positive outcomes, why do we all pray in similar thoughts in CHURCH’S or TEMPLES or MOSQUES. Its collective positivity.
CONNECT INTERNAL
Connect with yourself internally, it’s simple and easy , the first step of meditation. How does this help you in positivity? When we connect with our inner self it builds our self confidence and strength to look at things around differently.
Meditation enhances our decision making capabilities and improves our perspectives of looking at the happenings around us.
ADD HUMOR TO LIFE
Add some humor to life, read articles related to humor practice laughing exercise daily and try to adorn a smile throughout the day. Humor exists in everyone’s life and daily we encounter many such situations which make us laugh now it depends upon us how much we want to take it on ourselves. I must say take it a large one, yes laugh it out loud.
You can also engage in humor groups online or subscribe online humor sharing apps or you tube channels. When we laugh it loud it drastically improves activates out brain cells by improving blood circulations and hence fills in more positive energy within.
STOP WORRYING-WHAT OTHER PEOPLE WOULD SAY /THINK
This one is essential, stop worrying about what other are going to say, live a life complete to you we should not compare our success with the others or our problems with others. Everyone’s situation is different and proportionate to their environment. For instance –you’ve got a promotion should you celebrate it , oh then you think your colleague got promotion too and salary grade increment is more than yours, this thought of yours will turn your positive energy into negative one.
Comparing yourself to others lead you to a stressed life filled with disappointments.
CHEER UP YOURSELF AND THOSE AROUND YOU
We want to be happy, we need people around us to be happy too, so cheer up yourself and give yourself a pat occasionally, cherish your achievements. This produces the sense of achievement in you and develops the confidence for future which Is much needed fuel for life ahead.
Similarly keep rooms for others around you, give them a cheer for every small achievement or a hard try of theirs , this brings in a smile to their face even in ardent situations. This develops positive people around you and the extended environment of those surrounding us is more cheerfull.
MAKE A CHANGE
If you are not happy about the job , change it just don’t stick on to something which you are not happy going to every day. Bring in the change in your life. There are times we aren’t happy with the area we live in , no problems get over it and change it. These are physical states of minds and just need a go ahead with better options available.
Similarly if you think you are hanging around with people who aren’t that important to you or constantly bring you down, re assess the relationship and opt for a change.
DEVELOP A HOBBY TO FOOLOW YOUR PASSION
Everyone of us have had a passion for something, the work, the lifestyle, fitness, entertainment etc. don’t let it die under the circumstances we are in, instead give it a time in your schedule to follow your passion.
This develops the sense of achievement, you are happy to follow your passion and it takes the stress away. There are people who are passionate about certain achievements on the job , they feel contented on sitting on to that position but there are others who define their passion to new heights eveytime..If it’s within you keep getting towards your goal constantly. Or is there something other than just the JOB, do take part in activities which boost your happiness.
BE KIND TO YOURSELF

The failures and adversity comes through everyone’s life, for many of us it may be easy to show compassion, gratitude towards other in adverse situations but may be equally difficult to embrace, accept compassion towards ourselves. Some of us blame others for our adverse situations or at times we blame ourselves for the adversity and miseries. Often it is easy to blame oneself for the adversities or put oneself down, it is the noble quality of LET IT GO BY which is being compassionate to oneself and this leads to the path of positivity and encouragement.
POSITIVE people develop a trait of resiliency, its trait of developing mental capacity of accepting with ease in situations of adversity. Resiliency starts with the capabilities of acceptance, adaptability with gratitude. The positive approach and optimism leads to self encouragement and self motivation in adverse conditions. Keeping happy is the key to success
